1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the TRON Finance exchange service ("Service"), including performing any TRX swap, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms in their entirety, you must not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
TRON Finance provides a fully automated, no-registration cryptocurrency exchange service. Users can swap TRX, USDT-TRC20, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Monero, and 50+ other digital assets without creating an account or providing identity verification. The Service facilitates wallet-to-wallet exchanges through an automated engine that processes transactions as soon as a deposit is confirmed on the relevant blockchain network.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By initiating any swap — including a TRX swap — you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction.
The Service is not available in jurisdictions where operating a cryptocurrency exchange is prohibited or requires a license that TRON Finance does not hold. Determining whether your use of the Service is legal in your location is solely your responsibility.
4. No Financial or Legal Advice
Nothing on this platform — including exchange rates, currency selections, or any written content — constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Cryptocurrency values are highly volatile. You assume all risks associated with cryptocurrency exchange. TRON Finance is not liable for any losses arising from market movements, rate changes, or your investment decisions.
5. User Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the destination wallet address you provide. Blockchain transactions are irreversible — funds sent to an incorrect address cannot be recovered.
- When performing a TRX swap or any other exchange, you must send the correct currency to the deposit address. Sending a different asset (e.g., USDT-TRC20 to a TRX deposit address) may result in unrecoverable loss.
- You must ensure that all funds you exchange are legally obtained and are not proceeds of any criminal activity.
- You agree not to use the Service for money laundering, sanctions evasion, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other illegal purpose.
- You are responsible for all applicable tax obligations in your jurisdiction arising from cryptocurrency exchange activity.
6. Transaction Finality
Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by the nature of blockchain technology. Once a deposit to a TRON Finance deposit address is confirmed on-chain, the exchange process initiates automatically and cannot be stopped, reversed, or modified. For deposits sent to expired or incorrect addresses, contact support immediately — we handle such situations on a best-efforts basis but cannot guarantee recovery.
7. Exchange Rates, Fees, and Limits
Exchange rates are sourced from live market data at the moment of order creation and are locked for 30 minutes. The displayed receive amount is an estimate; minor variations may occur due to blockchain network fees and market slippage. TRON Finance's service fee is incorporated into the displayed rate — there are no additional hidden fees added at checkout.
Minimum transaction value is $100 USD equivalent. Maximum transaction value is $282,100 USD equivalent. These limits apply to all swaps including TRX swaps.
8. Prohibited Use
The following uses of the Service are strictly prohibited:
- Money laundering or converting proceeds of crime
- Financing terrorism, extremist organizations, or illegal political activities
- Circumventing international economic sanctions
- Processing ransomware payments or darknet market proceeds
- Fraud, deception, or handling stolen cryptocurrency
- Any activity that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRON Finance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes but is not limited to: loss of funds due to incorrect wallet addresses provided by the user, blockchain network delays or failures, exchange rate fluctuations during the transaction window, or temporary service unavailability.
TRON Finance's total liability for any claim relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the service fees paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
10. Service Availability
We operate 24/7 with automated systems but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict the Service at any time for maintenance, security reasons, legal compliance, or any other purpose at our sole discretion.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the Service after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or before a court of competent jurisdiction.
