1. Our Privacy Commitment
TRON Finance was created specifically so that users could swap TRX, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Monero, and other cryptocurrencies without surrendering personal data to a third-party platform. This Privacy Policy explains precisely what minimal information we handle, why it is necessary, and how it is managed. If you have ever been frustrated by exchanges that demand your passport before letting you trade — this platform was built for you.
2. Data We Deliberately Do NOT Collect
The following data is never requested, never stored, and never used on TRON Finance:
- Your name, surname, or any form of identity document
- Email address or phone number
- Physical address or country of residence
- Government-issued identification (passport, driver's license, national ID)
- Facial recognition, biometric data, or selfie verification
- Persistent user accounts, login credentials, or account history
- Cross-site tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or behavioral analytics
3. Data We Do Collect (Minimum Required to Process Your Swap)
To execute a TRX swap or any other exchange order, the following technical data is temporarily stored in your session:
- Deposit address: A unique, randomly assigned address generated for your order to receive your funds.
- Destination wallet address: The address you provide where the swapped cryptocurrency is sent. This is the only piece of user-supplied information we handle.
- Currency pair and amount: The send and receive currencies and the transaction value, required to execute the swap at the correct rate.
- Order timestamp: The time the order was created, used for the 30-minute rate lock and order expiry logic.
All of this data is stored in a PHP session tied to your browser session. It is associated with an Order ID — not with a user account, not with an identity, and not with any persistent profile. When your session ends, that association ends.
4. Server Logs
Standard web server infrastructure generates access logs that may include IP addresses, request timestamps, and URLs. These logs are used exclusively for operational purposes — diagnosing errors, preventing service abuse, and maintaining uptime. They are not shared with third parties, not used for profiling, and are retained only as long as operationally necessary.
5. Third-Party Services
TRON Finance uses a minimal set of third-party services to operate:
- KuCoin API: Used to fetch live cryptocurrency exchange rates in real time. No personal data is transmitted to KuCoin — only currency pair queries.
- QR Server (api.qrserver.com): Used to generate QR codes for deposit addresses. The deposit address string is sent to this service to produce the QR image.
- Google Fonts: Used to serve web fonts over HTTPS. Font requests are standard browser requests to Google's CDN.
6. Cookies
We use exactly one cookie: the PHP session cookie required to maintain your order state during an active exchange session. This cookie contains no personal information, is not shared with any third party, and expires automatically when you close your browser. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, retargeting pixels, or any form of persistent profiling cookies.
7. Data Retention
Order data exists only for the duration of your browser session. We do not operate a long-term database of historical swaps linked to user identities. Once your session ends, no identifying record of your transaction is accessible to us. The only data that persists on-chain is the public blockchain record of the transfer itself — which is inherent to how blockchain networks operate and is outside our control.
8. Data Sharing
We do not sell, license, or share your data with any third party for marketing, analytics, or commercial purposes. In the event of a valid legal order from a competent authority, we will comply to the extent legally required — but by design, we hold minimal data that could be disclosed in such circumstances.
9. Security
All connections to TRON Finance use HTTPS encryption. Deposit addresses are randomly generated and unique per order, reducing the risk of address reuse or prediction. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the minimal data we do handle.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for persons aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly handle data relating to minors. If you are under 18, you may not use this Service.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our technical operations or applicable legal requirements. Updates will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Service after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
