When you create an order, the exchange rate is locked for 30 minutes. You must send your funds and have them confirmed on-chain within this window. If the timer expires before confirmation, you may need to create a new order — though your deposit address remains valid and any funds sent will be tracked.

Rates are fetched live from market data at the moment you create your order and are locked for 30 minutes. This protects you from significant price movement during the time it takes for your transaction to confirm. The exact receive amount is shown before you send anything.

We do not interrogate users about the source of their funds, and we do not block transactions based on AML scoring of wallet addresses in the normal course of operation. Our platform is designed for privacy. You are not asked to justify your swap or explain your financial history.

We store only what is technically necessary to process your swap: the deposit address, destination wallet, currency pair, amount, and order timestamp. This data lives in your browser session and is not linked to a persistent user identity. IP addresses may appear in standard server logs used for operational purposes only.

First, verify your TRX deposit is confirmed on the TRON blockchain using a block explorer like Tronscan. If it has more than 20 confirmations and 30 minutes have passed, email support@trons.finance with your Order ID and the transaction hash. We respond within 24 hours.

The Letter of Guarantee is a downloadable text file generated for each order. It records the Order ID, the currency pair, the send and receive amounts, the deposit address, and your destination wallet. It serves as proof that an exchange was initiated through our platform — useful if you need to reference the order later.
